Terms of service.

These terms apply to the current Salenna preview. They explain the limits of the demo, how to use it responsibly, and what would need to happen before any future purchase.

Generation, rendering, printing, quotes and checkout are each switched on separately. Checking availability never places an order, takes a payment or sends content to a provider. You can explore Salenna today. Accounts, artwork generation, ordering and payment are not open yet.

Pre-launch status

Salenna is currently a pre-launch, invitation-only or demonstration service. Salenna is the service name for this preview; the legal operator/controller name and postal contact have not yet been published. Public contact intake, optional analytics, paid checkout and external providers remain disabled, and the operator details must be completed before new public personal-data collection or a public offer is enabled. Because those details are missing, the public browser app's account, authentication, upload and project-data connection is disabled. Invited or operator testing may occur only in a separately controlled environment and does not make public processing available. There is currently no paid contract or payment through Salenna, and using the demo does not create one. Salenna is not taking money today. Displayed prices are informational only, are not an offer capable of acceptance, and may change. Paid features and payment checkout are disabled.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 to use Salenna. Public account creation and sign-in are disabled. If you are admitted to a separately controlled test environment, give accurate account information, keep credentials secure and report suspected unauthorised access. An invitation is personal, does not open public processing and may be withdrawn while the service is tested.

Acceptable use

Use Salenna only for lawful personal or professional design work. Do not upload content you have no right to use; infringe privacy, intellectual-property or other rights; submit unlawful, harmful or abusive material; introduce malware; probe security; gain unauthorised access; overload the service; scrape or automate access without written permission; or misuse a render, retailer or demo feature.

Your content and our limited licence

You keep ownership of the room photographs, project material, artwork inputs and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use it. Do not upload photographs containing people or private documents to the Art source-photo feature. You grant the operator of the invitation-only preview a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, display, adapt and process that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the feature you request. Where source-photo transformation is enabled, the versioned upload notice applies: a sanitized private copy is retained for no more than 30 days, can be removed sooner with Delete now, and is sent to the configured AI provider only after an available capability and your explicit transform request. Deleting the source does not delete artwork already created or the immutable consent audit.

AI, renders and confidence

AI-assisted images, renders, suggestions and generated artwork are visual concepts and may be incomplete, inaccurate or similar to other outputs. Confidence labels such as Verified, Calibrated or Concept describe the source and review level; they are not guarantees. Product images are visual references only and are not measured geometry, collision or installation authority. Check dimensions, structure, safety, materials, colours, rights and suitability with the relevant retailer or qualified professional before relying on an output.

Future Design and Art purchases

If paid services are introduced later, Design services, retail products and Custom Art will appear in one Project Basket with separate pricing and fulfilment groups. A Design service will not include an Art print order, and an Art order will not create or pay for a Design service. Each group will retain its own independent seller or checkout provider, total price, taxes, delivery terms, cancellation information and purchase terms. No such checkout is enabled today.

Shopping and product galleries

Product names, images, dimensions, prices, availability and links shown in a gallery or room are indicative and may be incomplete or out of date. The retailer terms prevail for the actual product, price, stock, delivery, returns, warranty and purchase. Following a link may take you to an independent retailer, and some links may later be affiliate links. The retailer remains responsible for its own checkout, fulfilment and customer service; Salenna is not the retailer unless a future checkout clearly identifies Salenna as the seller.

Intellectual property

Intellectual-property rights in the service, software, interface, branding and editorial material are reserved by the relevant rights holders and licensors, excluding your content and third-party material. The legal operator identity must be published before a public offer. During this invitation-only preview, you receive a personal, limited, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, sublicense or reverse-engineer the service except where the law expressly allows it.

Availability, suspension and termination

The pre-launch service may change, contain errors, lose test data, be interrupted or be withdrawn. We do not promise continuous availability or that every feature will launch. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users and systems, comply with law, end a test, or address a suspected breach of these terms. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the decision. You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account.

Responsibility and consumer rights

Use the demo and its creative outputs with appropriate judgment. To the fullest extent the law permits, Salenna is not responsible for decisions made from unverified concepts, independent retailer information or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes statutory or mandatory consumer protections, remedies or cancellation rights that apply to you.

Governing law

The legal operator and a governing-law clause have not yet been confirmed for public publication. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply; this interim text does not select a jurisdiction or restrict rights that the law gives you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the pre-launch service changes. We will post the revised date and give additional notice where a change materially affects existing users. Changes do not create a paid service or authorise a charge; any future paid offer will require a separate, clear purchase step.

Art Design notes

AI-assisted artwork: When generation is available and you ask for it, the result is an AI-assisted creative concept. Judge it on its merits before printing it or showing it to a client.
A signature personalises; it does not certify: Adding a signature, monogram or studio mark is optional personalisation. It does not certify the work as a hand-made original or create copyright ownership.
Print colour: Printed colours can differ from the screen with monitor calibration, paper, frame and supplier.
Print and delivery: A preview is not a print or delivery promise. Any offer shows the size, frame, destination, supplier, price and lead time before you buy.
Signature privacy: If signature upload is offered, its purpose, storage, retention and any provider processing are shown before you upload.
Source-photo rights and privacy: Photo transformation asks you to confirm your rights and privacy in an unticked, versioned check. Use only a photograph you own or may use, without people or private documents. Sources are sanitized before private storage, expire within 30 days and can be removed sooner with Delete now; they reach a provider only when the capability is available and you ask for the transform.
Commercial use: Salenna makes no claim that a signature creates copyright in generated artwork. Designers decide on their own commercial use.
